Second District Homicide

Exactly a year to the day after being assigned to Homicide Division of the Investigative Services Bureau, it was decided to de-centralize the unit. We were all split up and sent out to individual districts. I got the Second.

I worked murders there for a while and it was actually easier since we only were responsible for a single district. I’m not saying a decentralized homicide unit is better – we tried both ways several times – I just know I liked the change.
